What kind of tubing is that? I didn't think Mangusta was made by Mongoose I thought they were their own brand?
The components don't look like much to write home about, 980 RD was below Victory/Triomphe, but I might go $250ish depending on that frame.

From Pauls Cycry shopnotes:
In 1985 or thereabouts Mongoose (yes, the BMX company) decided they’d test the market for road bikes, and they were able to convince the venerable French concern MBK (previously Motobecane, bankrupt in 1981 and resurrected in 1984) to produce these bicycles for them. $399.00 brand-new. It was favorably reviewed in the cycling press, but never caught on.

If it's a Motobecane frame, it's probably the like the 1984 Jubilee Sport:https://www.equusbicycle.com/bike/mot...becane0005.jpg. @Bianchigirll: the scan shows the Columbus decal. Cool bike, maybe you could get $300 if you emphasize the Columbus tubing, chrome, and Campagnolo parts. It should also be ready to ride with new cables, tires, regreased, tuned, etc if you want that price.
