Women's Steve Bauer 12 Speed Chromoly Roadster - what is it worth??

Hello! I am thinking of purchasing this bicycle and I'm not very experienced in this matter.... would love some advice on what people think it is worth! Below is the exact wording from the ad I have responded to. Thanks so much!!

While i'm not familiar with the Steve Bauer name, a bike like that with similar frame and components would go for around $125 - 150 in my market. It looks like a very nice casual rider.

Steven Bauer was a professional bike racer for Canada in the late '80s early '90s. He had his own line of bikes but I didn't think they made ones this basic. This also has a few things that make it look like it was built before his bikes came one the scene.

Discarding the name and taking only the pic and available information I would say this bike is likely worth about $100 if it is ready to ride. In a hot Canadian market it might got for $150
