1989 Specialized Hardrock - Value?

Hey everyone,

I have a 1989 Specialized Hardrock of which I'm not sure of it's value.
I was thinking of selling it on eBay but don't really know what to expect, so I thought maybe I could get some idea of a price here.

I bought it brand new. It's in good shape, ridden sporadically over the years. Some obvious paint issues but it still rides/shifts extremely well.

Any help on a value would be appreciated. Thanks!

$80-100

Older rigid mountain bikes are cheap. The Hardrock was a mid-range bike of no collector value. The large frame size hurts value too. Sell it on Craigslist. The shipping cost will make an eBay sale impractical.

Actually the HR is the entry level Specialized MTB. Rockhopper, then the Stumpjumper.

I paid $50 for one last summer in NJ, slightly newer, with a flat tire.

Thanks all. I appreciate the input.

Perhaps I'll just keep it for another 25 years and take it on Antiques Roadshow!
