Lejeune bicycle

Hello, can anyone help me ID this bicycle? It looks very similar to the Deluxe Touring model: LeJeune, 2 catalog pages

Would 130 dollars be a fair price for this bicycle?

Looks to be a different size than the Gitane bike you asked about and not as nice a bike either.

That frame size, about 54 cm, if for a rider about 5'7" +/- 2". I bought the very same bike in 1972 and still have it. Nice rider, but entry level components on a high-tensile frame.

The OP better figure out what size frame he or she needs first, as there is 6" height difference in the two French bikes presented.

I'm 5'10''. So the gitane I posted is sized for people over six feet tall?
I apologize for my ignorance.
