C.L. 82 Fuji Touring Bike
I'm looking for a steel touring bike for loaded touring.
I'm partial to the traditional designs, like Surly and Rivendell put out. And I'm completely fine with a used bike.
Question: Is a 1982 FUJI Touring series worth $480?
Photos to follow shortly.
I can't quite tell from these photos that it does (or does not have) rack braze ons on the seat stays. I don't see BOs in the middle of the fork either.
The size is right for me.
Any opinions are appreciated.

Do you mean this bike, Fuji Touring Series 1982 Vintage Steel Brooks A bike this age isn't going to have bosses for low riders and I wouldn't sweat the lack of rack braze ons on the seat stays as p clamps work great.
Quality vintage touring bikes don't come up often. They also tend to command a premium. This one looks to be in good shape with good quality parts.

Still learning
There is an ebay sold that supports the value, when shipping is factored in.
Fuji Touring Series 4 IV Road Bike 56cm Quality Cro MO Quad Butted Bicycle Nice | eBay
So if it floats your boat and fits your budget, why not?
