I want to sell these on Craig's List, but I do not know what they are worth. I saw a dialogue on a British site that suggested they have value for people into vintage mountain bikes.

Those tires are made by Kona. Vintage Kona MTBs are more popular in the UK, than in the States. Some people desire 100% original bikes... you should try to sell them there. I doubt they would attract a high price on Craig's list.

Thanks, very helpful - especially Frenchosa from Japan. Small world!
I saw a British site with some folks very motivated to buy them for their old Kona. I bought a very old Specialized (Stumpjumper) that has them (tires in good shape) - but they are meaningless to me, as I bought the bike to convert it to a street-commuter.
