CE bike. help,help, help!

HELP!
please help me determine how much this bike's worth.
frame is a coventry eagle (not sure what model), current owner modified it and had the it changed from 10 speed to 18 speed, bike now has ap 19 alex rims with 200x38 wheels. saddle was replaced from the original to a wtb saddle. the rest are original. please help me determine how much this bike is really worth. owner's asking is 125 for the improved bike.

According to Wikipedia , CE became Falcon at some point . I used to have a Falcon, and this one has wrap around seat stays like the Falcon . Very well could be Reynolds tubing , also . I think it's worth it , if it fits you .
Edit: If you go look at it, see if the wheelset in the first photo is available , too .

so you think cad. $125 is a fair pice?, do you have any idea on what the cranks maybe or the frame model?

Yes, in my opinion , it's a fair price . Sorry , no idea on the crankset or the model .
