Gunnar Crosshairs value

I bought this Gunnar Crosshairs frame, fork, headset and stem on eBay last year for about $400. The fit isn't quite right for me, so I'm replacing it with another frame. What would you consider a fair price for the frame and fork? It's a size 58, manufactured in the 1998 to early 2000s time frame. The original owner had it repainted to the color shown in photos, but it has a few rust spots that could be touched up easily with black paint. I will probably sell the Chris King headset separately, so don't include that in price estimates.

Gunnar bicycles are made by Waterford Cycles in Wisconsin. They are essentially TIG-welded versions of Waterfords.

I may be in the market for one of these and I have found a nice example with original paint, wheels and complete SRAM Rival build for $750. That's on Craig's. For value the repaint is a negative. For usability in the mud? Who cares.

Are you going to CL or the bay? Even in my market frames on CL don't bring big dollars unless it's something very special. There is one on the bay right now, same size, complete bike that is a 2004 frame. It ends tomorrow to give you some reference. The lack of decals kind of bugs. I bet it rides great. just my 2.

I' thinking 150-200 but that seems like a bath, so I await other inputs.
