Probably Hercules frame 1970/80s
I bought something like this:

The frame was sprayed and everything is unvisible. I clean new paint with aceton, but I saw only the rest of silver paint.

I found similar bicycle in ebay but rear axe triangle is diffrent

I believe your bike is a Hercules based on the unique bottom bracket. I have a Hercules folding bike that has the same bottom bracket. You may want to check your front fork as it looks bent as if someone crashed this bike.

Steering tube was bend, I know this befor buying, but the head of frame is correct. Thanks for awnswer
