1962 Fleetwing English 3 Speed

Need some help. Have done research. This bike is at a local junk/antique shop for too much money, $299.00 will try to haggle after I discover more.

Head badge clearly says made in England. Sheldon B. say Fleetwing was a house brand of Jordan Marsh Dept. stores out of Boston. Other research states that Murray built J. Marsh's bikes. Has SA 3 speed hub date coded to 1962. Bike is ALL chrome. I do have a pic of the serial number, but doubt this will help. Bike has big lugs, wheels are not Raleigh style with the raised hump where the nipples are. Rims are stamped with Dunlop and wheel size information. Any other badging or decals are missing.

This bike does have the typical English brake caliper on the front. For some reason she has a Weinmann Junior brake out back.

Bike is generally rust free with the exception of surface rust at the top of the seat tube. Will need general clean up and maintenance performed.
Sorry I don't have more or better pics but bike was in a window display with Xmas lights all over her and lots of junk around.

What might I have? What is a true value?

History and advice is welcome.

I wouldn't go over $150, and that's if you just have to have it. Rust and not ready to ride...$100 max. I don't think you'll be able to get it for a real market price with that sticker.

The prices I quoted are retail store prices. Anywhere else I would expect to pay less.
