"Funny" Freddy Bike
I found this bike on the Bozeman CL and tried to do some research on it. Coming up with very little this time. I swear I've heard of Freddie bikes before, but can't seem to find any info on TT or Tri bikes. I did track down Frames by Freddie on Buchanan Bikes in OK, but no info on the frames. Looks to be built by Freddie Karcher, but how would one tell other than the decals?
Naturally the question that gets asked here is, "What's it worth?" Obviously the seller thinks $500. With a mix of DA and Ultegra on there (depending on condition) that is worth some money, but $500?
Unfortunately I am not in town for three weeks to check it out. If it is still there and it fits... perhaps it is meant to be?

This time of year in Bozeman I don't it is going anywhere fast at $500. As for authenticity... you'll ned to find some people with his frames and see what if any cartouches he may have used to sign his work.

Yes, I probably have plenty of time to check it out. Seller finally reaponded. No idea of size, but he's 5'9" and it fits him well. I'm 6'2". Must be ~56cm. It would certainly be a funny sight with me on it!
