It's pink ...
And I really dig it.
But since I have seen it for a while, I suspect the price is on the high side. But then again, this "modern" stuff is definitely outside of my wheelhouse. All in (with shipping) we are looking at $550.
ebay completed SLX frames run from $200 - $800.
Condition on this is not the best. Where in that range would be a full retail price? I don't need a great deal.
Also, even though it has a braze-on for aero levers, I'm thinking 9 or 10 speed Chorus, what do you think?

Well, I'm not exactly sure what you see in this frame.
I've never heard of the brand. Is it something special? That big dent in the TT is troubling, not to mention overall condition. The paint is shot and the decals look awful to. Even if that dent is not structural, it sure is big and ugly and it may be an indicator that this frame was in a big fall and might be all out of whack. All of that should bring the price down considerably from $550. That seems awfully expensive in that shape, SLX or not. What's with all of the Columbus stickers anyway?
I say pass, but if it's something calling you, then proceed...

That's not a dent the Columbus sticker is hiding in that second pic?
Sure looks dented, but maybe it's the photo...

I'll ask the seller. To me, it looks like messed up paint.
But if I get your gist, you are in the $200 range for this SLX, correct?

never heard of the brand- probably a small botique italian brand. the cable routing, aero lever brazing, slx tubing and chrome features indicate a high end frame. I'll waite to hear what others think but $550 shipped might not necessarily be all that outrageous of a price.
i think giacomo is wrong. However in the first pic there appears to be a dent on the seat tube near the middle, just under the sticker. but i could be wrong also.

google "Cesare M" and "Manfred and Rolf Brugelmann." apparently it was italian made and imported to the German market. interesting pedigree.
again, ill differ to others who are more knowledgeable, but ~$400 plus shipping for such a frame doesnt sound too outlandish. if it was on my local craigslist id take a look and see if hed haggle on the price at all.

While SLX is really desirable, we, or I anyway, don't really know much about the builder. And that condition just looks sketchy to me...

Assuming no dents, I would think $300ish. I picked up my Ciocc SLX in similar ratty condition for $219.
I too am puzzled by the placement of the Columbus stickers. Pretty much the same place were damage appears from a front end collision. I would want to inspect in- person before buying, or get some better photos. Cool and pink.

The probability that this frame absorbed a whack along with the international transport and difficulty to unwind the deal gives me pause.
I like pink bikes, but not that much.

I asked the seller about the "dent" on the top tube and seat tube. Haven't heard back yet.

I find it interesting too, I would love a frame with that escargot mount. The three SLX decals make me a little leery though. The paint doesn't look to bad, except at the front of the TT, for what a 25 +/- yo frame, but I think closer to the $200-300 range if it is SLX.

I would be in the $200-250 range...I had a Brugelmann at one point...and, because of the lack of knowledge, it was not an easy sell when I decided it was too small. This would be the same...except the paint on mine was perfect, along with great decals...and absolutely no questions on dents.
With this one...and I can see the attraction...I would be leery of anything about $250...

Found a couple Cesare Ms in the Embacher collection.
EMBACHER/COLLECTION - CESARE M
The Columbus stickers on the top tube are definitely suspect.

Two columbus stickers on the top tube, one on the down tube, and one on the seat tube? Someone just have some he wanted to get rid of, it was a painter's first day and he made a few "whoopsies", or someone was trying to hide something. They do look like they were put on straight at least and the dark bit on the top tube one looks more like sticky gummy residue than a dent, but I'm no expert.

That is a name some frame parts supplier gave to their style of shifter mount like that. It was a bit more ornate than this one though.

This one is tough for me - I do understand what you see in it and it's exactly the sort of frame that appeals to me. I love the color. I wouldn't fault a buyer for paying $550...this is one of those cases where it's worth what it's worth to you. At the same time if I owned it, I'd probably expect to get $200 - $250 on it. The paint isn't great, it's a smaller name and I think the aero mount is a negative to most.

My advice is to look elsewhere no matter the reply from the seller about the top tube.

I received the additional photos. The top tube is "just" messed up paint.
The seat tube still looks like a dent. I emailed the seller back with an arrow pointing to the area of concern.

Let me ask you this, since there are so many randomly placed SLX stickers everywhere, are you sure this even is an SLX frame?
Just raising questions, not looking to dissuade you if you really want it!

What does the sticker on the seat tube say? It kind of looks like a columbus sticker, but not really like an SLX, or am I looking at it wrong?

Ah, I see it now. Looks sort of like a snail from the side, cute.

Is the last picture new? They're acknowledging the seat tube dent:
