Those are 70's decals, but the paint looks new so the decals may not be original.

The best guess for the year of the bike would be to look at the date code on the rear hub. It will be 3 numbers like, "5 66", the first number being the month and the 2nd two digits being the year the hub was made. The bike was probably made within 1 year of that, assuming the hub is original.

Ad says restored, but that is a complete repaint in a non-standard color. Any collector value is gone. Wonder whether the repaint was powdercoat or wet paint and if wet paint, professional or not. Makes a difference. $300 is too high IMHO, but I'm sure it is a nice rider.

Might be a Raleigh Colt looking at the top tube. Too bad the chain guard is gone - I’d ask about that. Yep - either painted or powder coated. If the paint/powder coat has been done nicely - I might consider it - if not forget it. This link shows the Colt model at the bottom. $300 is pretty steep - now if they had the chain guard...and it was painted to match...the bike fit(looks small)...I might think about trying to negotiate the price down.

Yeah i was thinking it was a colt or space rider. And albeit it is a small frame, still a nice bike.
