What should this Raleigh sell for? Dallas, TX

Looking for the approximate value for a metro area like DFW, TX

Yesterday I posted an inquiry for a Centurion Super Elite which ( thanks to smallpox champ for pointing it out) turned out to have been converted to single speed. I know very little about these bike other than the frames and their materials so thank you to all who posted your comments.

Since the Super Elite wasn’t going to work I went to my plan b, a Raleigh Technium 460 23.5 lbs
This Raleigh appears to be stock.

Component list according to Raleigh brochure:
https://www.kurtkaminer.com/1986raleighcat_usa_30_lg.jpg

Crank : Sakae Sa – a 1986 catalog describes it as a “ SR SAC 310 Crank”
Derailers : Suntour SVX
Brakes: Weinnman 570 brakes

I'm looking for the approximate value in a metro area in TX like Dallas. I'll edit the original post to make that more clear.

I sold a lower end 440, fully refurbished with all new consumables, for $200 last summer.

Update: it turns out the derailers are Shimano. Does this have any effect? Also I've seen some ebay listings for 460s and 440s for 3 & 400 dollars. Are these prices just inflated compared to "local" listings?

Listing price are an indication of what the seller would like to get. Sold prices are what buyers were willing to pay.

Surely. I'm just looking market value ( what the average buyer in my area will pay)

Then look on eBay, at "completed listings: and "sold listings". This will give you an idea of how many listings/auctions are being started, and how many are being sold and at what price.

I sold one (a 460) last year for $125, in excellent original shape. There's one for sale now, here in Jacksonville, for $200. It's been on C/L for months, started out at $225. It will never sell for that here.
