Hello phenomes, Welcome to the forums. AH Switzerland that explains the color. How about some more details? Tubing type? I can see a Columbus decal but what does it say? TreTubi? Zeta? Alle? What are the rest of the components? Brakes, cranks, hubs, etc. Is there a date on the RD?
I am of course not familiar with the Switzerland market bikes but, I've never been sure if Specialissima was an actual model or just a label indicating a top tier bike like the later Reparto Corse. Also the Specialissima decal is not in the 'normal' place one expects to see the model name on a Bianchi.
If all the components are original (the brake levers obviously are not) I think this a step or two down the line like maybe a Campione Del Mondo or Campione de Italia. As it sits sits I would consider it a project and would want to pay around $250-300USD for it sine it needs a complete overhaul and cleaning, maybe a new chain, bar tape and possibly cables.
Judging by the seat post it may be too tall for the current rider.

Thank you bianchigirll!
Im totally a newbie and don't know anything about (classic-)bikes.
yes the brakes are shimano, they look younger than the bike.
The rest; wheelnubs, shift installation, the gearwheels etc., is Compagnolo and I think in good conditions.
The Columbus decal i habe to check again tomorrow.
The frame mesure is 59cm.
On the top of the frame, where the seat goes in, there are pressed numbers... "2.M" and "1500" or "150C" what do they mean?
here are some more pics:
