Mix-Match Groupset and Wheels

I am looking into getting a new groupset and wheels for my crit bike, and would like to know the value of my current setup. It is a combonation of two or more groupsets, so I'll just list the parts and their description.

Shifters: Shimano Dura-Ace 8 speed, unknown model
Front Derailleur: Shimano 600 braze on instead of clamp
Rear Derailleur: Shimano Dura-Ace 7700
Crankset: Shimano 600, 40t-53t
Cassette: Shimano Dura-Ace HG, 12t-25t
Brakes: Shimano 600
Wheels: Mavic Reflex Sup rims with Mavic 571-571/2 hubs

I also have dura ace headset, quill stem, and i believe I have a dura ace seat post that I would like appraisals on.

Just go to eBay and search for each part in completed sales (look for sold items).

Thanks, I will look. Any idea on where to look for the model number on the dura ace shifters? I know they are 7*** but do not know the exact model.
