Sekine Experts?

Hi i'm trying to ID this bike in canada, https://images.craigslist.org/00Q0Q_5...9Y_600x450.jpg

I started researching sekines and got very excited when i saw the colour of the bike, the sticker on the seat tube, thinking it might be the canadian made top of the line PR-10, but i think i've come back down to earth, too many differences, the positioning of the gear changers, apparently has steel rims(they don't look original though) and fork looks different from published models. anyone any idea what model it is.

I am not an expert on these bikes - far from it. But here is a link that can help. Sekine Models
Considering the stem shifters, crankset and other features...this does not appear to be a higher end bike. Could certainly be a nice rider if worn parts are replaced and given some TLC.

That Sekine site was stolen from my original Vintage Life Cycles website. Shame on them!!! Anyway...

Looks to be an early seventies lower level Sekine. Though nothing matches perfectly, this catalog might help add a bit of information that might prove useful.
