Not vintage nor classic. Weigh it for weight, with a hanging scale. Weight should be very similar to other aluminum frame/carbon forks from that era. Modern used bikes depreciate rapidly. At 17 years old, shifters are often near the end of their life (expensive repair/replacement). Value without pics? No idea.
Production numbers has no impact on value. By 1998, most brands had almost identical aluminum frame/carbon fork bikes with Ultegra components. Other than decals and paint color, very hard to tell the differences between any of them. Production numbers just reflect how good a job the brand did marketing their bikes. Poor marketers had lower figures, expert marketers had higher numbers. I find modern Fujis have less value than similar bikes from brands like Trek, Cannondale, Specialized. Once Fuji left Japan, the magic was gone.

Condition and fit are everything when it comes to fixing the value of an old bike to a prospective buyer.
How do you expect other people to set a value on a bike you have in front of you without any photos or details?
