WTB 36 hole Vintage clinchers (silver)

I am looking for a set of 36 hole clincher rims to lace to some old campy record hubs. Silver or polished are preferred.

Found one Campy Delta rim on ebay, but just the one. Hoping someone has an appropriate set of rims gathering dust?? maybe along the lines of a campy or ambrosia?

Going on a 1970 Mercian...

Thanks so much C&V lovers. I look forward to seeing whats out there

Not sure if looking Japanese, but I have a nice set of Araya 700c narrow clinchers I'd part with. No pics at moment, but could grab some if interested. thanks, pm might be easiest.

Probably not what you're looking for, but for anyone else perusing this thread:
I have a nice set of the Araya 27" (I believe the SP-20, but I'd need to doublecheck) that came on a lot of 80's bikes for $40 + actual shipping.

Dear Bikemore,
I am interested in the Mavic MA 2 27" rims you have for sale. What would their condition be? Do you have an alignment table or very flat surface to assess their straightness if they are not laced-up? If they are laced, round and true, are there any loose spokes or very tight spokes aka tension imbalances?

What would you be asking for these rims? I am assuming that they are 36 hole drilling, but I might be interested in a 32 hole rim.

Thank you kindly,

Damiano

You can buy a pair of new Pacenti PL23's for $80 shipped. A good quality modern rim with a nice vintage look. Pacenti.com.

I am looking to build some wheels for use on vintage bikes as well and these look like a great option. Can I assume these are clinchers even though they claim to be tubeless-friendly?

...and an excellent buy for that price. Very strong, eyeleted, look vintage. I laced up a pair of them to Dura Ace hubs a few months ago, came out really swell.

Just ordered another pair in 36h to go with a set of record hubs for my Pelizzoli custom.
