ISO Cannondale canti brake gadget from the mid 90's

A dingus that replaces the housing stop and straddle cable arrangement, occurring just before the introduction of V brakes. As seen in the photos of the rear brake bridge on this listing:

I got you covered. I picked up a set for my Cannondale M800 recently. The previous owner had V-brakes on it. The same company sells them on eBay with free shipping.
