I got this bike a little while ago, it looked interesting and was more or less an impulse buy. I've fixed it up and used it a little, it's a nice-riding bike but I really don't have space or need for it right now.
I'm in Indianapolis but will be driving to Ann Arbor in just over a week, if you're anywhere that I can make sort of on the way I can deliver the bike.
The frame is 23" CTT.
This bike supposedly has Tange Champion tubing, but the decal just says "Butted Champion Cro-Mo Steel."
It has Shimano Titleist derailleurs, the original front wheel (aluminum Araya rim/ Shimano hub), and a replacement rear wheel(Weinmann aluminum rim, Normandy hub, Regina 14-28 5 speed freewheel. I don't know why the rear wheel was replaced, but there's a small ding on the drive side seatstay that might have something to do with it. No big deal, everything is straight and it tracks perfectly.
The brakes are old Shimano Tourney, but despite the name are very nice aluminum centerpulls with quick releases.
The rear tire is a brand new Kenda, installed by the previous owner. The front tire is old. It is not bulging, torn, or cracked, but it's dried and should probably be replaced.
The saddle is a cheap one, installed by the previous owner. Sorry about that. I can send you a better one in about a month for the cost of shipping, I'll have access to a bike co-op again.
I cleaned and oiled the chain, trued the wheels, greased and adjusted the bearings, cleaned and adjusted the derailleurs, replaced cables as needed, etc.
I'm asking $140. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

The top tube slopes downward, that threw me off at first. That's why this 23" frame has such a short head tube.

Edit: sold locally, that was quick.
