Nuovo Record Group
Rear derailleur, braze-on front derailleur, braze-on shifters, recessed mount brake calipers, and 27.2 seatpost. Looks like they were barely ever used, but there is some rust on the steel bits from sitting. Pictures show condition and what's included. Looking for $210 shipped.

That little black disc with the 4 holes belongs on whatever Aluminum frame these shifters came off of. Without it you can't put shifters on the bike.
A suitable substitute black grommet can be found at your local True Value.
