WTB: Decent Quality Fork

I need of a decent quality fork for my Raleigh Super Touring 650b conversion project. Raleigh sizes this frame as 22.5 inches and the steering tube needs to be approximately 18.5 cm (11.25 inches) long with English threads, eyelets, and forged dropouts. It would be helpful to have at least 5.5 cm of rake or more. Super Touring frames had 531 forks, but I'm open to a good chrome-moly fork. Please feel free to send me a PM. Thank you for your time and consideration!

18.5cm (185mm) is 7.28" not 11.25".

I have a Tange 4130 Chrome-Moly replacement fork with a 180mm (7") steerer, sloping crown and forged fork ends. The rake is 40mm. It's chrome plated and in fair condition with some scratches but no dings or rust. It will fit 27" wheels, also 700c and 650b.

It came on this Moto frame but I found the correct fork. $35 plus shipping. Cheap if you can use it.
