I’m pretty sure I have a Cinelli stem that fits the bill. It’s attatched to a Cinelli 64-40 handlebar if you’re interested.

Sorry, it’s a 90mm (center-to-center) and an older 1A with 26.4mm clamp. At least I think it is (bar is 26.3 on the calipers).
