ISO: Campy 10-sp wheelset
Think "petite"
The intended build is agile and pretty.
The intention is to keep it that way.
This will be a DT-shifted Campy, running Centaur.
Semi-aero would be my preference. Going on this:

I just got a set of Mavic Aksum Race that I don’t think I’ll keep. Probably doesn’t meet you criteria though.

I have a set of silver 10 speed Chorus hubs laced to silver Open Pros that I'm not currently using. Let me know if you'd be interested.

I don't have an extra set, but I've been pleased with a set of Campy Protons I picked up fairly cheaply - only one bad thing - some tires can be difficult to mount/remove, so don't count on just using your hands.

I’ve got a couple of 32 spoke Campy hubs laced to Velocity (I think) rims, all silver with butted stainless spokes. They are in very good condition with minimal brake wear.

Hey Robbie,
Don't know if these are petite enough for your purpose, but I have a set of 2004-2005 Campy Scirocco 3G wheels that I just took off my Gios – 9-10-11 speed compatible.

I posted the catalog specs on my Flickr
PM if interested and I'll remove the tires and take some pics today -- wheels are true and spin smoothly.
on edit: added photos and videos to Flickr.
