I have a couple of Pivo and Custom stems that may be what you are looking for but I’m not sure what you mean by a tail shaft or riser. If interested, pm me and I’ll comb through the bike barn to unearth them. Clamp diameter should be 25.4 but I would need to measure the lengths.
