VO 650b Diagonale 36o rims x 2

Velo Orange Diagonale 650b rims. Decided not to go with a second set of 650b wheels. These are nice.

I assume these have been mounted and used? Do you know how many miles? They look pretty clean, but just wondering if any issues. Thanks - Chris

I was told 250 miles or less. They lay flat on my kitchen floor.
