ISO: 56-60 cm touring frame
I'm looking for a mid 80's touring frame to build up with spare parts over the winter. Here is my criteria and if anyone has something or can give me a lead on one I would be very appreciative.
56 to 60 cm size with cantilevers set for 27" wheels
I'm drawn to green bikes and would love to fine either a 1986 Schwinn Voyageur or green/ Fuji Series V or IV (not sure which came in that color) or Trek 520 in green. I have a Specialized Expedition and Miyata 1000 so rather than double on those any other decent mid 80's Japanese touring frame or full/partial build is fair game.

Thanks. It has been an outstanding bike and I wish I rode it more. I started framebuilding a few years ago and made a modern version of the Nishiki which gets used a lot, so I think it's time to move this one on.

Yes a very sharp looking bike! I can’t quite tell but do you have some kind of mod for cable stops on the single shifter braze-on?

I have an 83 Centurion Pro-tour I am ready to put on the block. I want most of the parts, probably would sell frame, fork, headset, DTshifters, and canti brakes.

Thanks. I have the Shimano B-mount adapter for DT shifters on the mount and the normal shifter boss cables stops attached to it. The Shimano adapters are not easy to find but they open up the possibilities on frames with the B-mount.

I have a Trek 720 with the top bar rusted.
You can see it in the appraisal and evaluation forum.
I think is a 60 cm and I can sell you only the frame and fork, or whatever you'll need.

I have a 56 cm '83 720 with some rust issues. I'll post some pics later. The rear triangle has been spread to 130 so I don't know if that is an issue.

I have a well cared for dark green 86 Voyageur frame set. It looks to measure 22.5" (57.15cm) from center of BB to top of seat tube. I probably have a few parts from it as well, if there's something you might need. Shoot me a PM.
