WTB: Campy drop bolt

FOUND. I'M ALL SET. I'm looking for a drop bolt for a nutted late 1970s (post-CPSC) Campy rear brake. What'cha got?

Aw, come on, somebody has to have one.

Anyone? Anyone? Buehller?

I think this one looks right for a nutted rear. The price seems reasonable.

I think I have one that is currently on a Weinmann brake. Maybe it'll work on Campy? Is this a Campy-branded part you're looking for, or just Campy compatible?

+1. there was a time when all the ebay listings for drop bolts were for $75+

Yeah I just looked and the ones I have are also Campy, but for some reason they were on some pretty awful Weinmann brakes. If it doesn't work out for you, let me know. I have a rear one.

Thanks, everyone. It looks like I have something worked out. As usual, BF C&V comes through. :thumb:

I saw the drop bolts on eBay. I came here mainly because I could not be sure they were the correct length. Some obviously were not, others probably were but I figured all doubt would be removed dealing with the Clan. If nothing had worked out here, I would have taken my best stab at an eBay one.

I swapped my straight bolt for obrentharris' drop bolt. I got something I could use, he got something he could use. Everyone's happy, just as it ought to be.

Thanks, Brent, and thanks to everyone for the leads.
