WTB: Pump
Looking for a frame pump in nice working order. The frame in question has one pump peg on the underside of the top tube, and from there to the meeting of top and seat tubes is 19-5/8", or 49.85cm according to my calculator; so that should indicate "compressed length". White is a bonus or, if not, in good enough condition to paint white (no dents of deep scratches). 1961 bike so I am looking for "classic" appearance, Silca or Zefal Competition, or...???

Spoiler
Another bike, my 1958 Drysdale, has two pegs on the seat tube 46-1/2CM apart tip to tip. I guess a Silca won't fit there and no idea when they start making Silcas anyway (duh, I guess I could look it up!) So maybe a Solobloc in that length? Red would look nice, but silver OK too on that one, perhaps one with no dents of deep scratches and I can polish the heck out of it. |
