Froggy,

So, the late spring cleaning continues! Lots of nifty bits that I would like, but can’t justify the whole box.
GLWTS.
Cheers,
Van

I have had a number of PM about the box. Here is my most recent reply...LOL

...."Have you ever seen "A League of Their own"? To quote the movie "There's no crying in Baseball". In this case there is no looking into a Grab Bag, where is the fun in that?
This is meant in a light hearted manner but I even had one member ask if I would take everything out of the box and take the pictures. Is this stuff Junk? Some is. Am I taking a bath on the price? OMG Yes!
Are there some Easter Eggs in the box? Oh heck yes!
My sweetheart of the last 9 years just won her election in April for Dunn Co. Circuit Court Judge, she gets sworn in on August 6th. My selling days are coming to an end. It has been a fight for years sitting at a swap for hours when we could be doing "ANYTHING ELSE".
I will dabble in this and that on the forums, it's just my nature but I need to move along the stuff from flipping bikes for 30 year's. 56 this year only 9 more years until I retire.
Thanks,
Cory"....

Ok, Cory, I am in. PM me your paypal...and I completely understand the risk and fun of a grab bag (thus no requests for a reveal).

I'm glad someone finally took this. I don't need more parts, but sometimes I just can't pass up a deal on bike parts. I was worried that I'd be drinking tonight and then commit to buying it.

For me the purposeful buys happen w/o a cocktail. It's the cocktail that enables the impulse, and generally not needed, purchases.

Someone could make a fortune, marketing a Paypal-Breathalyzer interlock.

And yes, count me among the annoying "Hey what's in bag number...." people. Sorry 'bout that. Life is like a box of chocolates....

I, for one, am gonna miss the pizza man background photo posts. I was hoping to see a small freewheel cog or derailleur pulley set down right where the pizza is.

Congrats to your sweetie, she picked quite a time in history to get into public service.

I am hoping the pizza box is included in my fun surprise box. The one item (among several) that piqued my curiosity was the centerpull brake caliper peering through the zip lock baggy...I was curious what it was, but resisted.

Now it is going to be like Christmas!!!

I am a little afraid of the creeping flesh on the zombie brake levers though...

If there's any trace garlic powder in the pizza box, that should negate any ill effects.

...And add to the general Italian-esque feeling of the componentry...like a stop in the Tuscan countryside, sipping wine and partaking of bread and cheese...just before the zombie hoods emerge from their perch on the brake lever and imbibe my thumb....
