FS: 54cm Bikes, Super Course and Trek 420
Selling two refurbished 54cm bikes.
First is a 1975 Super Course Mk II. 54cm C-T seat tube, 56cm C-C top tube. Remarkably good condition, paint looks beautiful, decals are flaking off a bit though. All bearings repacked. Cables replaced. New brake pads. Original components. Includes original Brooks B17 Champion Narrow saddle with 1975 date stamp. Bar tape is original and could use replaced- I could put some cheap stuff on it or you can handle this yourself, your call. Tires are an older set of Paselas. Price is $225.
Full photo album should be viewable here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...Tr?usp=sharing
Next is a 1984 Trek 420. 54cm C-T seat tube, 54cm C-C top tube. Paint definitely has some scratches. This is somewhat of a franken-bike build. Deore XT derailleurs, Shimano triple crankset, Sunrace indexed downtube shifters, and original Helicomatic 6 speed rear hub. Bearings all repacked- rear wheel bearing cones had visible wear on them but not noticeable with the bike assembled. New SRAM PC-830 chain. New cables. New bar tape. New Zaffiro 27x1-1/8 tires. New brake hoods. Price is $200.

Will also sell the pair for $400.

I live in Youngstown Ohio, which is between Cleveland and Pittsburgh. I can meet you anywhere within an hour drive of my house.
I will also be driving from Youngstown to the Poughkeepsie, NY area on Friday July 16, then driving back on July 17 (picking up bikes from the recent Copake auction). I can meet you anywhere along that route if you can work around my schedule.
Or, I can drop off at my local bike shop and you can pay them directly to pack and ship (note that I'm not sure of how well the Super Course decals would hold up to shipping material rubbing against them).
