I have what I think are those exact levers on a Viner I put together about 12 years ago. I bought them on Ebay as a set with Athena calipers so I'm wondering if the Athena and Chorus levers are the same to help your search.

I checked the catalogs and Athena levers do look the same and I am sure they would be acceptable. Chorus came out one year before Athena and they were similar in appearance although some of the components such as the brake calipers and rear derailleur had subtle differences. The brake levers look the same. Thanks for the heads up!
