Shimano Brifters

These came off of a 2×7 drive train. The left is marked as a triple. Worked through all the gears fine when I removed them. Asking $75 shipped in the US of A

If the left is marked as a triple, would they work on a mountain bike set up with a standard 3X7 group set? I'm thinking for a drop bar conversion but then keeping the original group set on the mtn. bike

These were an upgrade for an Ironman that I picked up recently. It included the original shifters and levers, so I put those back on. These brifters are not very well marked on the back of the levers, so not sure of model/series or compatibility issues.
