FS: NIB – Brooks B17 Special, Honey

A new-in-box Brooks B17 Special, Honey
  • Hand-Hammered Copper Rivets
  • Durable, 5mm thick, Vegetable Tanned Leather
  • Hand skived lower flaps
  • Copper Plated Steel Rails
I bought it for a project and it looks great, but I ended up going in a different direction and am hoping to recoup some of my investment. $125 shipped CONUS.

I sent the above PM but have decided to not get the saddle. That said, I would guess that this lovely saddle is still up for grabs and I can honestly recommend the comfort factor of the saddle. The one B17 Special that I did own was butt comfortable right out of the box when I bought it years ago. Stupid me let it go on a bike that I sold long ago. To this day, I wish that I had kept that saddle.

This is my favorite saddle, comfort-wise, and also the best-looking one, visually.
Good price, but I currently do not need one.

I have to echo these sentiments. Out of all Brooks' current offerings, this saddle occupies the sweet spot in comfort, bling and price.

Simple solution - buy a new bike to build up!

I’m a helper 🙂
