This one seems to be the best deal on eBay. I've used the Gipiemme adapters before and they work well: https://www.ebay.com/itm/332119792794

Same item but from a USA seller. a little pricier - https://www.ebay.com/itm/274941856207

It may or may not fit perfectly. That top mount shifter is oh so slightly too narrow for my Miyata 1200. I will need to either alter the frame or the mount in some way for it to fit.

Firstly, the first seller is a good guy. Got mine from him along with a Rossin Ghibli BB paperweight because it was cool.

The Gipiemme mounts were the only ones that would fit the unusual braze on the Mercian I got. So be sure it is what you need since I tried three others before the forum got me straightened out.

Boulder Bicycle has had those Gipiemme adapters for years. Boulder Bicycle

They seem to be on some sort of hiatus right now. But you could always try shooting them an email.

I stripped out the guts of mine, filed a pair of Shimano flat inner mounts to fit and ran a bolt through the whole thing. It didn't look too bad and worked well for a long time, I used it with brifters.

FYIó Thereís multiple threads on converting a Suntour Symmetric shifter into a top-mount cable stop, for example: 1984 Centurion Pro Tour 15 - West Coast Tourer

I ran into the same need and this conversion is now in my project queue.

The Campy guides worked really good. I was able to keep the original bolts.

Whaaaa, in all my years of reading this topic, this is a new configuration that I've never seen. Which campy guides did you use?
