FS: 1973 Motobecane Le Champion. 52cm Reynolds 531
Stronglight 96 crank 36/52, Lyotard platform pedals, Shimano 600 RD, Campy NR FD and shifters, Universal 68 sidepull brakes, Modolo drilled levers, TTT stem and Phillips bars, Brooks Professional saddle with Campy seatpost, Rigida rims with Panaracer Pasela 27x1--1/8 tires, Campy Tipo hubs with 14-30 freewheel. I purchased this bike many years ago from the original owner who used it to race on and rode cross country on. It is in very good condition with a lot of great patina on it's candy teal and ivory painted frame. It is located in Morton IL (near Peoria) Asking $475

I had a larger one of these and wish I had not sold it. They are nice riding bikes.

Good luck with your sale! I was just ogling one that Brian Chapman recently restored... Very tastefully upgraded to a modern drivetrain and laid down the fresh paint beautifully!
By the way, is the "1" on your keyboard broken? A 2972 model year made from Reynolds 532?

That restored Le Champion is very nice indeed. Cantilevers, no less. Cool

Ignore the numbers ! (Stronglight 93 😉. I love that teal and ivory paint scheme of the early LCs. If it was my size and I didn’t have one in the queue I would be tempted for sure.
