Looking for a tall frame (60-62cm center to center) with chrome socks and head lugs for a peculiar paint project I have in mind. Chrome has to look nice but doesn't have to be perfect.
Allegro, Mondia, Raleigh International, Frejus, Girardengo, Carlton, Ideor, and many others I'm sure.
Lightweight tubing and forged dropouts a plus. Frames from the '60s and earlier especially encouraged to apply, but I'm not ruling out newer frames.
Please don't offer me anything with nice paint. It would be a shame to strip a nice original paint job.
Thanks,
Brent

Or if you are ok with a 64cm frame (58tt) then this one is an even better candidate:

PM if interested in either.

@retroman57 invited me to his place to choose from four frames that met my criteria! I'm lucky he's my height and has a large collection of frames. I chose this Atala which is sporting a rather loud repaint which I will be glad to strip. Let's see if my new paint will be an improvement. I'll start a build thread after I finish a couple other projects.

Congrats on the find but I sort of like that paint job...
