Mathauser Hydraulic road brakes

Vintage brakes. Unsure of functionality, several nicks in outer wrap of the brake line. Original instructions. I was tempted to put them on a fixed gear where they could actually be "used but not relied on", but I got thin out some stuff.
Asking $70 delivered USPS, but open to offers/trades. Paypal Goods and services.

Does the piston still push out when you operate the lever?

Yes, both pistons move. I don't see any leakage signs anywhere.
