.833 Dia Compe stems + ST Technomic

Getting rid of a few stems that I don't foresee needing. There is a selection of 0.833 stems and an sr technomic style stem as well. All are for 25.4 mm handlebars.

Gran compe .833 70mm
Dia Compe .833 90mm
Dia compe .833 110mm
SR technomic style 50mm

Take your pick for $20 shipped

Is that to the top of the stem, or to the 'centerline'? (trying to determine if it'd give me enough rise for my creaky old neck and shoulders....)

Thanks. Might get my bars high enough, but not certain, so I probably ought to stick with finding a tall Technomic..
