So what is the procedure when someone will not pay?

I shipped some parts on approval in September, 2016. Last response was in November 2016. Several additional requests for payment or return of the parts have been ignored. Member still posts so it's not like I missed his obituary.

If someone has been around for a while you get a sense of what they are like, or so I thought. Figured more than 20,000 posts counts for something. Not this time.
