1987 (?) Bianchi ATB/MTB?

Recently picked this up; but it's covered in stickers and Bianchi had several models with similar appearances during this time. I initially thought it was 1980s Premio/Sport SX; but after looking at the wheels, it's probably not a Sport SX.

No specific intention; would just like to know more about it if possible. Despite the appearance, it's a pretty nice ride...will probably end up going to our daughter due to its smaller size.

Photos attached, it's likely some have been modified but here are the list of things I've found:
  • Sugino VP-??? Cranks w/Sugino 48T Japan Outer Chainring
  • Suntour 5000 Front Derailleur
  • Shimano Deore/Shimano STX RC Rear Derailleur
  • Araya 26 x 1.5 Wheels
  • HTI 861 Pedals
  • Shimano BR-AT50 Canti Brakes
  • Shimano SIS Shifter (Right)
  • Suntour Shifter (Left)
  • Cr-Mo Sticker
  • Bianchi Campione del Mondo 1986 - 1987 Colorado Springs Sticker

I believe you have a '87 Cervino with a full ChroMo frame and fork, and would be a basic MTB. The drive train is listed as Suntour Alpha 500GX so it looks like the RD and shifter were swapped out/upgraded. It is listed as having Araya MR-2 rims.

One morning you wake up, the girl is gone, the bikes are gone, all that's left behind is a pair of old tires and a tube of tubular glue, all squeezed out"
