Chainstay Protector stickers, where to get this one?

This is a long shot, but are these stickers still available or are reproductions made? This is off a mid 1990s Trek 470, and the one I had was a material like Gaffers Tape with Trek printed in white.

Any ideas?
This is actually the protector in question, not the second image:

Funny - that's on my list. I have a clear one on both Team bikes, but the plastic is old and brittle. They're clear and wrap around the stay, with no adhesive involved.

FWIW, I got myself a lifetime supply of chainstay protection, by buying a roll of real aluminum duct tape. I just trace and cut the desired shape on the roll, then peel off and stick on. Anyone in my area is welcome to come by and get a piece.
