Schwinn and Foremost ID

Hello everybody. First time poster.
Im new to the bike world. My uncle gave me the Murray Monterey couple a cluple months ago and i fell in love with bikes.

Yesterday I was at a garage sell and i bought 2 rusty cruisers. A schwinn and a foremost. I cant really find much of either since decals are not too visible anymore. I found the serial number on the schwinn but i have been looking online for the past 2 days and have found nothing. I know the schwinn was made in Japan. The serial number reads: SNTCA03M01023
The Foremost J.C. penney serial number is: 40X24 539098

I appreciate any help. Im gona upload pictures of both too. Thanks

What features should i be focusing at? Sorry if it seems like a dumb question. But i am pretty clueless in this area. Still trying to learn. I thought serial numbers could give me the model. Even if I just find age at least its something since instill know 0 about them.

Small picture makes it hard to tell.
The schwinn was made in Japan it has a stamp on it that says Japan and a few other letters and numbers. Do you know when they stopped building them in Japan? or from what year to what year the where built there?
