Brooks Flyer/differences?
So, I'm going to be buying a Brooks Flyer, and had decided on the Flyer Special, but I noticed another model on eBay called the Brooks England Flyer. As far as I can tell, they look to be exactly the same, except that the England Flyer is about $20 more. If anyone knows what the difference is, I'd really appreciate your input. Thanks.

Do you know what the difference is between the two models called: Brooks Flyer Special and Brooks England Flyer? The "Special" is listed at $171.... The "England" is listed at $190. The one with the steel rivets, (classic), is about $140.

Well, looking on the Brooks site, it appears that there is no such saddle called the England Flyer, so I it must simply be a Flyer Special with a jacked up price.

Brooks is to Brooks England what Campy is to Campagnolo.
The brand name is Brooks England or what 99% of people call it, Brooks.
Perhaps you're relying on descriptive text on Ebay, where "classic" is being used as an adjective and the model is mislabeled as the Flyer instead of the Flyer Special.
I don't see the pictures you're looking at so I couldn't tell you what the difference is, if any.

Yeah, I understand, sorry for no pics. The one labelled as the "England Flyer" has the copper hand hammered rivets just like the "Special" does. In fact, both are the exact same picture straight from the Brooks site. I just don't understand why the seller would have labelled it the "England Flyer" unless they're hoping to trick someone into thinking it has some upgrade over the Special model so that they can fetch the higher price. Anyway, I'll be getting the Flyer Special plain and simple. Thanks for your input.
Everything seems to be 'Rare' on eBay these days, even if it's common as muck...
