Campagnolo freewheel cross compatibility questions

So I recently received a partial 6spd Campag freewheel for some work I did on a friends bike. Only thing is that it's not completely there as it looks like they were repacking the bearings but got sidetracked and then 30 years came by and the two outer cogs lost along with the inner body. I have the four outer cogs, the outer alloy body and the threaded alloy cone. Never had a Campag freewheel and would like to build it up.

My question is inner body cross compatiable with any other brand...Regina, Everest...etc? Or do I need to squirrel this away until I find a Campag inner freewheel body? The outer two cogs don't seem too hard to find and normally pop up on eBay.

My son wanted me to put this in the post just because. Lol.
