Frame ID request

Any ideas what this could be? It's been painted grey but I believe the neon yellow is original and it looks like the seat tube and rear triangle used to be black. Components are Exage 400 EX and are most likely original.

It's lower end and late 80's, possibly Taiwanese. The closest match I've found is a Concorde Europa - the top tube cable guides are in the right place anyway. Seatpost size is 26.4mm

we are certainly in asia here. wonder if fork original. front brake is incasso; is rear also?
