Charity Ride Stories?
had the local Tour De Cure on Saturday, i've done the metric century the last 4 years. This year they changed the course and I didn't think anything of it. OUCH is all I have to say, so many rolling hills it was brutal. I've never had such a challenging ride. We even have one rider have a heart attack, luckily a fellow rider knew CPR and was able to keep him alive until the ambulance got there. He ended up being flown in through mercy flight to the local hospital. Scary stuff... needless to say that took alot of wind out of everyone's sails..
whats the worst/most challenging organized ride you've been on?
