Wow, that is beautiful and it's really in fine shape.
Sorry that I can't do much to help you identify it better, but I've never seen a Serotta track bike, so I'm guessing you have a bit of a rare bird on your hands.
My uneducated guess is Columbus tubing of some type. You can measure the seat post and if it's 27.2, it could be SL, or look down the seat tube and if it's rifled, it could be SLX. The fork crowns make me think the bike is from the late 70's, early 80's.
Steel track bikes are just so good looking, and graceful compared with the aluminum and carbon track bikes prevalent on tracks these days(IMHO!). And they are still pretty competitive. I hope you show em that steel is still a winner!

Thank you so much for your help.
I hope it's Columbus slx or sl.
My bike weight 17.86lbs(with brake)
So I don't think I have slx or sl.
But thank you for your help.
I did not know that my fork was 70s 80s design.
If that's true, it might be Serotta Murray(seven eleven team bike)!!!

I've always wanted to see a 7-11 Murray or Huffy. I'd more rather find one in a thrift store for $30, but I'd settle for just seeing one in a museum. I'd like to run away for a romantic weekend with Andy Hampsten's Land Shark 7-11 bike. I love my wife, but that bike allowed the first (and only) American to win the Giro. Is that weird wanting to have an affair with a legendary bike? I mean its more beautiful than some of the women I've dated.

If you're worried about it, then yes, it probably is. What we think isn't relevant.
But actually, no, I think I get what you're saying, and no, that's fine. There is no commitment when it comes to bikes.

My Torelli track bike is SL, and is a hair above 19 lbs, but I think if I were to add a top level wheel set and tubulars, I would be in your Serotta's weight range. As far as I know, SL is about as lightweight as a production steel frame gets. Check that seat post size, as that would likely give you proof of SL or not. Besides, I believe Serotta was a big proponent of SL tubes in his builds.

I have 27.2mm seat post.
Can you tell me difference between columbus spirit, Sl, and slx?
And what do you mean for "rifled"?
Thank you for your help

Apparently there's a bike shop in Davis, CA with one hanging in the window. I wonder who the bike belonged to since it's so small.

Spirit is one of the newer heat treated Columbus tubing. It would not have been available at the time your bike was made. SL and SLX were the best Columbus tubing of the era. SLX was rifled for greater stiffness. Rifling looks like a spiral design when you look down the tube:

Banned.
This is the only pic I could find of my old Murray/Serotta. It had the same rear bridge as your bike but not engraved. The fork crown was engraved Murray. It was built from Columbus SL tubing.
Besides the Olympic team bikes, Serotta also supplied "Neutral support bikes" available to any rider in case of a mechanical.
After the '84 games most of the bikes were given to local dignitaries and civic groups. Rumor has it many were used at the velodrome in Colorado Springs as training bikes.

Thank you for your help.
I cannot see your picture.
But I think my bike is Huffy track bike, because they have same brake bridge, fork crown, and lugs.
I hope my bike is Huffy lol
If my bike is Huffy track bike, I'm planning to repaint my bike to huffy design by JB
I heard that JB painted original Huffy track bike
Here is a picture of Serotta Huffy
