Anybody know anything about I.M. hubs from the early 70s?

I've not been able to find anything on these hubs by I.M. They are on a 1971 Ghisallo Italian road bike. There is a Regina Extra freewheel on the rear, if that is helpful. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

have oft wondered if the i.m. might stand for italmanubari. also the eagle is a motif used by gnutti and ofmega as well.
